Flavor Profile
Deep red color with a strong personality and lively hue. It reveals a rich bouquet of ripe red fruits, blackberry and plum, which coexist with those of aging, cinnamon and wood. It has a rich and full body, good balance and a velvety aftertaste.

Winemaking
Cold extraction for 24 hours, percentage bleeding for rosé, controlled alcoholic fermentation with selected yeast strains at 19-23C, gentle extraction with intensive recycling before the start of fermentation (7-10 days), pressings were not included in the blend at all, malolactic fermentation, French oak barrels for 12 months, mild filtration with large-diameter diatomaceous earth, final filtration (polishing) with filter papers.
