Fig Kymi Sweet Spoon 350gr

Whole Kymi figs with almond and cloves. A real embroidery!
The first figs of the year are called "wind figs". We collect them from May and peel them one by one by hand. Their crunchy texture is pleasantly combined with the syrupy almond, cloves and a little natural lemon juice.

Traditional fig retzel of Kymi 300gr

A recipe with Asia Minor root, adapted to the Kymi fig.
Dried figs with walnuts, dipped in honeydew and accompanied by bay leaves. The mild sweetness gives a mysterious dessert, which, however, is also excellently combined with meat, fish or varieties of cheese and salads.
