Fig honey is the distillate of dried figs with the only additional ingredients being water and rosehip. It can be used directly in cold dishes and salads or in a refreshing bowl of yogurt and fruit. Its noble taste allows it to be used in a wide range of applications: From sauce for grilled meat to bread dough. It keeps for a long time while retaining many of the nutritional benefits of the dried fig. Some try it plain as a digestive but also as a drink, combined with liqueur!
