Kum Quat Cream Liqueur 50ml
Kum-quat Cream Liqueur is created by adding milk at the final stage of the production process. Its velvety texture makes it an excellent ingredient for cocktails
The traditional liqueur of Corfu is produced by extracting the rare kum-quat citrus fruit into alcohol, in the traditional way that has been passed down from generation to generation for years:
The fruits are carefully collected from the orchards, cleaned, washed and placed together with alcohol in stainless tanks, so that the alcohol takes the substances, the aroma and the color of the fruit. Syrup is then added to make the liqueur. This is followed by filtering and bottling the liqueur.
Coum-quat liqueur is served chilled as a digestive drink after each meal. It is also great with crushed ice or as an ingredient in cocktails with a "Greek character". It goes wonderfully with fruit salads and can be used to flavor a cake or the sponge of a cake.
