Winemaking
Typical red winemaking with extensive extraction and careful alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature by selected saccharomyces. Malolactic fermentation with continuous stirring of the fine lees to obtain a velvety texture. Then matured in French oak barrels for 12 months.

A balanced wine that highlights the fresh, vibrant and fruity character of the variety with subtle barrel notes.

Flavor Profile
Bright, crystalline, soft golden yellow in color. Its intense aromatic character is reminiscent of pear, apple and citrus, combined with notes of vanilla and oak. It has very good structure, richness and a long aftertaste.

Winemaking
Application of pre-fermentation extraction for aromatic enrichment. Alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperatures initially in stainless steel tanks, followed by transfer of the must to 225-liter French oak barrels for completion of fermentation and maturation for 3 months with the fine lees.

Deep red color with aromas of strawberry, raspberry and black cherry complemented by aromas of spices, vanilla and cinnamon. Very good structure, rich volume, light acidity and good balance.

Winemaking
Classic red winemaking with careful extraction and controlled fermentation temperature. During de-fermentation, the wine is drawn from the marc and malolactic fermentation follows, before being placed in American and French barrels for 12 months.

Boutari Point Rosé 750ml

Rose Demi-sec is a typical Macedonian rosé, particularly popular with those who prefer less dry flavors.

Xinomavro, Syrah, Merlot

Flavor Profile
A wine with a vibrant reddish color, intensely aromatic with sweet aromas of red fruits combined with a vegetal note of tomato leaves and mint. In the mouth it is soft and full with balanced acidity that gives it nerve and freshness.

Winemaking
The grapes are freed from the stalks and filled into the press at the same time as the grape mass is suddenly cooled to 7-10C. The must remains with the marc for only 3 hours, a time sufficient for the light color and aromatic components to be obtained. The juice, after being “pressed”, i.e. separated from the marc, continues to ferment at low temperatures, 14C. The alcoholic fermentation is interrupted by the application of cooling, so that unfermented sugars remain in the wine, which give it its sweet taste.

Flavor Profile
Bright pink color with an intense aroma of fresh fruits, mainly ripe strawberries and cherries. Lively in acidity, but with absolute harmony in the end that leaves a sweet fruity aftertaste that lasts.

Winemaking
This rosé wine is made using the blood-letting method. The juice remains with the marc for 12-20 hours, depending on the variety.

A slow-ripening wine made from grapes with intense aromas, rich in flavor ingredients.

Flavor Profile
Bright, crystal clear, soft lemon green color. Very intense aromatic character reminiscent of citrus, lime and passion fruit with herbal spicy notes of white pepper and green pepper. Refreshing with crisp acidity and natural minerality, perfectly balanced, full-bodied wine, with a long aromatic aftertaste.

Winemaking
The grapes are hand-picked and placed in cold storage at very low temperatures to preserve the delicate aromatic characteristics. After a light pressing, where we also keep a small percentage of whole bunch, the grapes are taken to a pneumatic press for a 12-hour cold extraction. The fermentation temperature is maintained at a very low temperature and little remains on the lees.

Boutari Agiorgitiko Red 750ml

Agiorgitiko Boutari is one of the most popular wines of the homonymous red variety Agiorgitiko, which is grown almost exclusively in the Nemea zone, in the Peloponnese.

Flavor Profile
Intense red color with a rich aromatic character of black fruits, such as cherry, sour cherry and plum, framed by botanical notes. A wine with rich structure, balance and a soft aftertaste.

Winemaking
The grapes are vinified at the winery using the classic red winemaking method, but increasing the contact time of the juice with the marc for better extraction of pigments and tannins. Malolactic fermentation follows, essential for reducing the acidity and harsh taste of fresh wines. After the end of malolactic fermentation, the wine matures in a tank with the fine lees until bottling.
