Impressive purple color. Rich aroma of red forest fruits, with dominant raspberry and wild cherry and a spicy character, dominated by aromas of wood, pepper and tobacco.

Winemaking
Classic red winemaking with careful extraction and controlled fermentation temperature. During de-fermentation, the wine is drawn from the marc and malolactic fermentation follows, before being placed in American and French barrels for 12 months.
