Flavor Profile
Bright, crystal clear, soft lemon green color. Very intense aromatic character reminiscent of citrus, lime and passion fruit with herbal spicy notes of white pepper and green pepper. Refreshing with crisp acidity and natural minerality, perfectly balanced, full-bodied wine, with a long aromatic aftertaste.

Winemaking
The grapes are hand-picked and placed in cold storage at very low temperatures to preserve the delicate aromatic characteristics. After a light pressing, where we also keep a small percentage of whole bunch, the grapes are taken to a pneumatic press for a 12-hour cold extraction. The fermentation temperature is maintained at a very low temperature and little remains on the lees.
