Rose Demi-sec is a typical Macedonian rosé, particularly popular with those who prefer less dry flavors.

Flavor Profile
A wine with a vibrant reddish color, intensely aromatic with sweet aromas of red fruits combined with a vegetal note of tomato leaves and mint. In the mouth it is soft and full with balanced acidity that gives it nerve and freshness.

Winemaking
The grapes are freed from the stalks and filled into the press at the same time as the grape mass is suddenly cooled to 7-10C. The must remains with the marc for only 3 hours, a time sufficient for the light color and aromatic components to be obtained. The juice, after being “pressed”, i.e. separated from the marc, continues to ferment at low temperatures, 14C. The alcoholic fermentation is interrupted by the application of cooling, so that unfermented sugars remain in the wine, which give it its sweet taste.
