Flavor Profile
Intense deep red color. Rich bouquet of ripe red fruits, blackcurrant, plum, cherry, but also green pepper, elegantly framed with aging aromas, such as tobacco and pepper. Balanced, with rich structure, intense character and a long aftertaste.

Winemaking
Typical red winemaking with extensive extraction and careful alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature by selected saccharomyces. Malolactic fermentation with continuous stirring of the fine lees to obtain a velvety texture. Then matured in French oak barrels for 12 months.
