The Moschofilero and Cabernet Sauvignon varieties give the wine an unexpected flavor, a wonderful balance of acidity and sweetness, and an exquisite fruity aroma.

Flavor Profile
Bright, light onion skin color with elegant aromas of white-fleshed peach, rose, raspberry and honey. A particularly pleasant rosé wine with freshness, crisp acidity and a sweet aftertaste.
Winemaking
The winemaking is carried out using a combination of methods that include vinification by bleeding from Cabernet Sauvignon to which a portion of the Moschofilero variety has been added. It is aged in stainless steel tanks with regular stirring of the fine lees for 3 months.
