Two varieties, Moschofilero and Chardonnay, create a distinctive, lively and fresh blend of great aromatic intensity and high acidity.

Flavor Profile
Bright, pale yellow in color with primary aromas of citrus, melon and grapefruit. It is a cool wine with a nervous character, medium structure and a lasting aromatic aftertaste.
Winemaking
Separate white vinification of the individual varieties is carried out, with a percentage of pre-fermentation cryo-extraction. Then, alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, at a low temperature (18-20 °C), with the aim of intensely highlighting the varietal aromas. The blend is carried out during maturation.
