The harmonious marriage of the two main indigenous red varieties of Crete gave us a wine that laid the foundation for the further promotion of Cretan wine worldwide.

Flavor Profile
Vivid red color. Pleasant aroma of sweet, red fruits such as cherry and strawberry. Mild taste with soft tannins, good acidity, very good balance and aromatic aftertaste.
Winemaking
The grapes are hand-picked and then cooled. Crushing and destemming are carried out and then very soft maceration during extraction is the next step. The presses are kept completely separate. The extraction is carried out for 1 week with simultaneous initiation of alcoholic fermentation. Alcoholic fermentation takes place with selected yeast strains at a maximum temperature of 25C.
