Varietal Composition:
Syrah 100%.

Area / Vineyard:
Amyntaion wine-growing zone.
"Turtles" at an altitude of 640-650 meters, with a northwest orientation, "seeing" Mount Voras.

Vinification / Aging:
Destemming, no pressing, cold extraction in a controlled environment, alcoholic fermentation at graded temperatures. The wine is aged for 3 months on its lees with periodic stirring. Initially for 12 months in selected new French oak barrels of "medium" char and then for at least 15 months in the bottle before being released to the market.

Taste characteristics:
Bright, deep ruby ​​color with violet highlights. Intense and complex bouquet, earthy, with notes of red forest fruits and pepper.
Generous, velvety, round, balanced, full-bodied taste, with notes of vanilla and mocha. In its finish, it is characterized by its balanced and discreet tannicity, the long persistence of its aromas in which butter caramel dominates. An excellent aging wine.

Harmony:
It combines harmoniously with juicy red meats, fleshy grilled mushrooms, oven-baked lamb, "feather" game, and mature soft cheeses of medium intensity.

Enjoy it at 16-18° C.
