Vinification / Aging:
Pre-fermentation extraction in a controlled environment, alcoholic fermentation at graded temperatures. The wine is aged for 4 months on its fine lees with periodic stirring.

Taste characteristics:
Crystalline, bright with a pale yellow color, with slight greenish highlights. Intense and rich nose, typical of the variety, with aromas of citrus fruits, passion fruit and a sweet melon tinge at the end. In the mouth it is particularly full, fragrant, oily, with excellent balance - coolness and finesse. Lively aftertaste that contributes to the long persistence of the aromas.

Harmony:
It accompanies a wide variety of seafood, raw or steamed shellfish, pasta with creamy sauces, grilled vegetables, sushi, Asian cuisine and a very wide variety of grilled fish.

Ideally enjoyed at 12-14º C.
