Xinomavro 100%.

Area / Vineyard:
Amyntaion wine-growing zone. "Chelones" & "Skantzochoiros". The "Chelones" vineyard, of the single privately owned vineyard, is located at an altitude of 660 meters, with a northwest orientation, "overlooking" Mount Voras, while the "Skantzochoiros" vineyard, of the single privately owned vineyard, is located at an altitude of 690 meters, with a northerly orientation, "overlooking" Lake Petros and Mount Voras.

Vinification / Aging:
Destemming, no pressing. Staying for a few hours with the marc and cold extraction in a controlled environment. Then alcoholic fermentation at graded temperatures. The wine stays for 2 months on its fine lees with periodic stirring.

Taste characteristics:
Intense rosé color with salmon highlights. Fruity nose with rich aromatic expression. Particularly balanced mouthfeel, quite full, oily, with an expressive aftertaste.

Harmony:
It combines harmoniously with traditional Greek flavors. Stuffed peppers and tomatoes, roasted Florina peppers, salads, pasta in light red sauces, pizzas, but also with exotic cuisines and cold tomato soups.
