Area / Vineyard:
"Vineyards", Amyntaion Viticultural Zone. Vineyard parcel "Vrachos", 45.20 acres, Amyntaion region, 40°41'19.44''N - 21°43'00.24''E, at an altitude of 660 meters, with a northwest orientation, overlooking Mount Voras.

Vinification / Aging:
Destemming, no pressing, pre-fermentative cold extraction, alcoholic fermentation using indigenous yeast flora, selected and isolated from the same vineyard, at progressively graded temperatures with “pigeage” and the wine remaining on its lees for 12 months with periodic stirring. 18 months in selected, new, fine-grained, French oak barrels Allie – Bertrange, white-burnt (steam) and 18 months in the bottle. It is not filtered and undergoes absolutely no treatment before bottling.

Taste characteristics:
Bright, deep purple color with violet highlights. Intense and complex bouquet, dominated by spices and dried red fruits mixed with notes of leather. Generous taste, excellent structure, round, with subtle elements of vanilla and wood. In its finish, it is characterized by the taste balance, ripe tannins as well as the long persistence of aromas. An excellent aging wine.

Harmony:
It is combined with richly flavored meats, grilled or with complex sauces, cooked with vegetables, bulbs and wine. Marinated game, white fatty mature cheeses.

Ideally enjoyed at 16-18° C
