Malagouzia 100%.

Area / Vineyard:
"Vineyards", Amyntaion wine-growing zone.
"Turtles" at an altitude of 670 meters, with a northwest orientation towards Mount Voras.

Vinification / Aging:
Pre-fermentation extraction in a controlled environment, alcoholic fermentation at graded temperatures. The wine is aged for 2 months on its lees with periodic stirring.

Taste characteristics:
Crystalline, bright with a pale yellow color, with slight greenish highlights. Intense nose, typical of the variety, with aromas of white flowers, citrus fruits and subtle aromatic herbs. In the mouth it is full of excellent balance - coolness and finesse. Lively and long-lasting aftertaste.

Harmony:
It accompanies balanced green salads, pasta, grilled vegetables, fried foam fish, seafood appetizers and a very wide variety of grilled fish.

Ideally enjoyed at 11-12º C.
