This liqueur is produced by extracting lemon peel in alcohol, in the traditional way that has been passed down from generation to generation for years:
The peels are carefully cleaned, so that no trace of the white inner part remains, which is bitter. They are then placed with alcohol in stainless steel tanks, so that the alcohol can absorb the substances, aroma and color of the fruit. Then syrup is added to make the liqueur. The liqueur is then filtered and bottled.

Clear, aromatic and delicious , limoncello liqueur is served chilled as a digestive after every meal. It is combined with sweet tarts, fruit salads, cakes and dried fruits. It is also delicious with crushed ice or as an ingredient in cocktails.
