Like the aroma of Greek summer in a jar, our homemade jams are made from Kymi figs and black figs. The only additional ingredients are sugar and natural lemon juice which, while delicious, basically functions as a natural – and exclusive – preservative. Fig jam is known for its high content of dietary fiber as it maintains the properties of fresh figs! It helps dissolve sugars and is recommended for its laxative function. Having a given place in breakfast in combination with freshly baked bread, our jams are also recommended as an accompaniment for savory yellow cheeses.
