Sun-dried tomato paste follows our basic recipe with oil, herbs and garlic. The tomatoes are ground for a long time until all the ingredients are properly homogenized and the paste acquires its characteristic texture. Sun-dried tomato paste is eaten with cheeses, cured meats or croutons, replaces butter on sandwiches, and also makes delicious bruschettas with toasted bread and manouri or feta cheese.
